Kenneth Abendana Spencer

Spencer was a self-taught Jamaican artist known for vibrant, expressive scenes of everyday Jamaican life. Starting in Kingston and refining his style in London, he returned to Jamaica in the 1970s to create bold, colorful works celebrating local culture. His dynamic brushwork & semi-abstract style capture the spirit of "Old Time Jamaica." Spencer's art remains highly sought after by collectors and is a treasured part of Jamaica's cultural heritage.
